Any balance held in a suspended account will be retained pending the outcome of investigation. If investigation clears the account, the balance will be released; if fraud is confirmed, the balance is forfeited in full.

• Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. A completed and approved KYC submission is required before any withdrawal request can be processed by our finance team.
• Verified accounts requesting withdrawals of ৳50,000 or less via bKash or Nagad are processed on the same day, subject to completion of any active bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 or via bank transfer may take up to 3 business days.
• Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or mobile wallet provider after depositing funds to your 2pb77 account constitutes a material breach of these Terms. The relevant account will be suspended immediately pending investigation, and all associated balances may be forfeited.

All deposited funds are held for gambling purposes only. 2pb77 does not pay interest on account balances.
